Is Regirock good in Standard?

Its hardest-hitting attack is Giant Rock on Regirock ex (Destined Rivals), doing 140+ for 4 Energy. For the best value, Breaching Lariat on Regirock does 120 for just 3 Energy. The bulkiest version is Regirock ex with 230 HP, but it gives up 2 Prize cards when Knocked Out. Watch out for Grass attackers — that's its weakness.

Abilities

Regirock (Journey Together): Rock Armor. Abilities can be used without attacking — check the card for exactly what each one does.
