Who we are

What we collect

• Browsing this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Collection tracker. Cards you mark as “Have” are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. We don't receive or keep this list. When the collection page shows prices, your browser sends the card IDs (not who you are) to our server to look them up.
• Launch email list (optional). If you join, we store your email address and the date you signed up, to email you about the Pully Cards launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add advertising in future we'll ask for your consent first, in line with UK law.

Sharing and storage

We don't sell your data. Data is processed by Cloudflare (hosting) and, for emails, by our email provider. Some processing may take place outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The launch list is for people aged 13 and over.
