Chi-Yu Pokémon cards
Chi-Yu appears on 8 cards in the newest Pokémon sets, mostly as a Fire-type Pokémon. Here's every new Chi-Yu card, which sets to look in, and the rarest one to hunt for.
Fire Pokémon are hot and fiery. Their Energy symbol is a red flame.
How does Chi-Yu evolve?
On its cards, Chi-Yu doesn't evolve from or into another Pokémon.
The rarest new Chi-Yu card
The rarest is Chi-Yu ex 241/91 from Paldean Fates, a Hyper Rare card. Three gold stars. Shiny gold cards, and one of the rarest kinds in a set.
Strongest and smallest
The Chi-Yu card with the most HP (hit points) is Chi-Yu ex from Paldean Fates with 190 HP. The one with the least is Chi-Yu from Pitch Black with 90 HP. More HP means a Pokémon can take more damage before it's knocked out.
Chi-Yu has 4 “ex” cards in the newest sets. Pokémon ex are big, powerful cards — but if one is knocked out, your opponent takes two Prize cards instead of one.
