Is Skarmory good in Standard?
Its hardest-hitting attack is Big Storm on Skarmory (Twilight Masquerade), doing 90 for 3 Energy. For the best value, Steel Cutter on Skarmory does 40× for just 1 Energy. The bulkiest version is Mega Skarmory ex with 260 HP, but it gives up 3 Prize cards when Knocked Out. 2 versions have free retreat, which makes Skarmory easy to switch in and out. Watch out for Lightning attackers — that's its weakness.
