Strongest and smallest
The Wigglytuff card with the most HP (hit points) is Wigglytuff ex from Paldean Fates with 250 HP. The one with the least is Wigglytuff from Paldean Fates with 110 HP. More HP means a Pokémon can take more damage before it's knocked out.
